To-day's Men’s Hockey Fixtures Postponed
LADIES AT DANNEVIRKE. As a mark of respect to tho late Mr. G. Childs, a well-known hockey enthusiast of Palmerston North who passed away this week, all the men’s mid-week hockey fixtures in tho Manawatu Association’s competition have been postponed to-day. The Manawatu ladies’ representative team are contesting a Nopera Cup game at Dannevirke where Messrs W. H. Wilson (of Palmerston .North) ana Carson will act as the referees.
