To-day's Recipe
CHOCOLATE BISCUITS. Beat together the yolks of two eggs and two ounces of castor sugar until frothy. Lightly stir in one ounce of grated chocolate with two ounces of sifto-d flour, with a pinch of salt. Add a fow drops of vanilla essence, then lightly fold in tho stiffly-frothed whites of tho eggs. Drop in tiny rounds from the point of a teaspoon, at some distance from each other on the greased tin, to allow them space for spreading. Dust lightly with castor sugar. Bake in a moderate oven until firm—about ten minutes.
