Culture for Editors
LONDON, July 28. A certain standard of education and culture for editors and leader-writers is prescribed in tho new Turkish Press law, says the Constantinople correspondent of Tho Times. Tho measure, which is designed to raise tho level of Turkish journalism, prohibits tho publication of news prejudicial to the Government’s policy, sensational crime, or news pictures. Papers disregarding those regulations will ba suspended.
