HUGE GERMAN ORDER FOR U.S.A. TERMS UNACCEPTABLE.
United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Sunday, 9.50 p.m. NEW YORK, Aug. 8. The New York Times Washington correspondent says while the Farm Board has not yet received the German offer to purchase 600,000 tons of wheat it is not considered tho terms will be acceptable.
