Legal Costs £450 a Day
MUNGANA ACTION DRAGS ON United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Tuesday, 9.50 p.m. BRISBANE, Aug. 4. The Mungana action with Treasurer Theodore as the chief defendant, has now passed its ninth day. The Crown caso is expected to close this week, and the defence will occupy the whole of next week. The legal costs are estimated at £450 per day.
