Representative Hockey
NORDERN CUP GAME.
On the Bportsground, Palmerston North, to-day Manawatu will defend the Nordern Cup againet Wanganui in the third challenge this year. The visitors’ team will be as follows: N. Hughes (goal), A. Hickman and G. Adams t (baeks), B. Mclntyre, W. Bannin, L.’’ Wilson (halves), W. Thrush, A. W. le Brun, G. B. Connell, D. Tizard and R. Hughes (forwards) The following team will represent Manawatu: Goal, W. Sutton; fullbacks, Pratt and McClelland; halves, Lundy, J. Sutton, N. Hansen (captain); forwards, Findlay, D. Hoare,' R. Hoare, J. Morris, V. Turner. Emergency forward, G. Smith; backs, G. Davey, R. Ward. In the event of McClelland being unable to play, Alex Ward will replace Sutton in goal and the latter will replace McClelland as full-back.
Referees Messrs. A. E. Blackbourn and G. Eowartson .
