Americon Business Men Realise the Need of Consistent Advertising
A survey made by the bureau of advertising of the American Newspaper Publishers’ Association reveals that 122 agencies of the 220 which replied to the questionnaire expect to place an increased amount of newspaper advertising in 1931; IS anticipate smaller plaeings; and 60 state that they expect about the same volume as they placed last year. A similar inquiry among advertisers showed that 51 intended to increase national advertising; 13 felt that their expenditure w'ould decrease, and 51 indicated that it would be about the same as in 1930.
