Dannevirko golfers visited Peilding during the week-end, but owing to tlie squally and wet conditions the match for the Graham-Ckadwick Cup was not proceeded with. The visitors piaycd friendly games, as far as tho weather would permit, and arrangements were then finalised for the cup match to be played on the Dannevirko links on September 6. At the Podding Civic Club luncheon to-day, Dr. H. 11. Allan will give an address on “Glimpses of Holland.”
