NO BREAK WITH LABOUR PARTY. lieccivod Monday, 9.45 p.m. LONDON, April 6. Tho Independent Labour Party has elected Mr Fenner Brockway, M.P., chairman. Tho Independent Labour Party conference by 173 to 37 rejected a resolution instructing tho Council to break fiom the Labour Party, but a considerable volume of opinion at the conference favoured a split. Attacks upon the Government were cheered.
