Gandhi Threatens Another Fast HEALTH SHATTERED BY STRAIN United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Sunday, 9.50 p.m. CALCUTTA, April 4. Clashes between Hindus and Moslems further hampered negotiations between the leaders of both communities with the object of presenting an agreed programme before the forthcoming Round Table Conference in London. Gandhi declared he was determined not to go to luncheon until tho communal leaders reach a settlement. Gandhi’s medical advisers order an immediate rest as his health is shattered after the strain of tho past two months and tho Karachi Congress session.
