Received Friday, 11.45 p.m. . LONDON, Dec. 19.
In tho House of Commons to-day the Government introduced a Bill to amend the law relating to trades disputes and trade unions. This is a measure to which a considerable section of the Liberals who hold the balance of voting power in the House of Commons as well as all the Conservatives are believed to be opposed. The second reading will be taken on January 22.
Doctor Addison, Minister of Agriculture, also introduced a Bill enabling schemes to be made for regulating the marketing of agricultural products.
