Heath, Azaleas and Anemones Carried By Rongotea Bride

GOULSTONE—HUNT

A very pretty wedding was celebrated in the Gospel Hall, Rongotea, on Wednesday, October 8, when Annie Kathleen, only daughter of Air. and Airs. M. H. Hunt, was married to Edward Allan Goulstone of Onchunga. Tho liall was beautifully decorated by friends of the bride, the bridal party standing beneath a beautiful white floral wedding boll. The bride, who was given away by her father, woro a graceful frock of ivory georgetto and satin and her beautifully embroidered veil was hold in place with a wreath of orange blossoms. Sho woro shoes and stockings to tone and carried a shower bouquet of anemones heath azaleas and maiden hair fern. Sho was attonded by Aliss Dorothy Rowe of Wanganui, as bridesmaid, who wore a dainty frock of blue georgetto and lace with a big picture hat upturned from tho face, and silver shoes and stockings. She carried a dainty posy of heath azaleas anemones and maiden hair fern. The bridegroom was attended by Air. James Hunt, brother of the bride, as best man. Air. H. Isaac of Wanganui officiated and Aliss Ethel Rowe presided at the organ. After the wedding a reception was held in the Town Hall, where a delightful breakfast was partaken of. Airs. Hunt received her guests wearing a frock of floral embossed ring velvet with navy hat to tone and carrying a posy of blue heather, hyacinths and maiden hair fern. Airs. Goulstone, the bridegroom’s mother, wore a frock of navy crepe dc chine and a navy fiat to tone, and carried a bouquet of red tulips. «> The bridegroom’s gift to the bride was a handsome brown fox fur, and to the bridesmaid, a rhinestone necklet. rLater in the afternoon the happy couple left by car for tho South, Airs. Goulstone travelling - in a smart brown costume with hat and shoes to tone.
