Bankrupt Sentenced
FAILURE TO KEEP PROPER BOOKS. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Aug. 4. At the Police Court. Alexander Hamilton Walkinsshaw, bankrupt, for failing to keep proper books, was sentenced to twenty-one days’ imprisonment, to be treated as a. first class prisoner. On a charge of false pretences he was admitted to twelve months’ probation.
