Business Girls’ Thanks
To the Editor. Sir, —Tho members of the Palmerston North Business Girls’ Lunch Club, through the courtesy of your newspaper, wish to thank all those people who so kindly helped to make our concert a success. Tho sum wo raised amounted to £33 13s lOd, and this has been placed in the Post Office Sav. ings Bank by our trustees, Mesdam.es M. H. Oram and M. A. Eliott, to be used to aid women and children who arc in need of help. It is hoped that by various functions the club will be ablo to add to this fund to enable us to help those to whom circumstances have not be- a very kind. Signed, M. A. F. ORAM. President. O. V.
