Eight Women Join Scotland Yard Staff
For the first time iii the history of England, Scotland Yard recently enrolled eight women detectives. The women will be assigned to various police stations to assist in the general work of crime detection, but at first will be detailed to investigate among other things the peddling of narcotics.
