APRICOT MARMALADE. . This is delicious to servo for breakfast. Wash carefully one pound, of dried apricots and soak two days in two cupfuls of water. At the end of this time add one cupful of tinned 1 pineapple juice and cook gently one; hour. Then add eight cupfuls of sugar and one cupful of tinned pineapple, diced. Simmer gently half an hour, 3 and until the mixture will ‘‘j ell” when tried On a cold plate. Pour into Clean,, warm jars.
