A procession of girls carrying banners opened a demonstration in support of women’s claim to retain their own nationality when they marry a for eigner. The marchers' dresses showed by graded colours how the countries stand legislatively on the subject which is being raised in connection with a. conference on the modification of international law associated therewith.
