N.S. Wales Drink Bill Shows Heavy Decline
LIQUOR SELLERS WORRIED. United Press Association. —By Electrie Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Monday, 8.45 p.m. SYDNEY, Fob. 3. The consumption of alcoholic liquors in New South Wales is falling appreciably, owing to depression and increased prices. The sale of beer during December is exactly 204,575 gallons loss than for tho corresponding month of 1928. The falling off in the sale of spirits is hardly so pronounced, yet is substantial enough to cause the liquor trade the utmost concern,-
