TO FARMERS
LONG TERM LOANS
The Public Trustee has funds available for loans from the Common Fund on approved securities with repayments of principal over terms of 20, 25 30 or 36J years. The rate of intorest is 6 per cent, plus easy sinking fund instalments. If flat mortgages are preferred loans can bo arranged for a term of 5 years at the same rate of interest —6 per cent. No procuration fees are payable on any loans from the Public Trustee. Full particulars will be given and all enquiries answered on application to — THE DISTRICT PUBLIC TRUSTEE, Palmerston North.
