CLAIMS NINETEENTH VICTIM SAME METHODS USED IN EVERY INSTANCE United Press Association—By Electrio Telograph—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 7 p.m. BERLIN, Nov. 5.
In defiance of the army of police and detectives who are hunting Dusseldorf high and low, tho mysterious murderer known as “Jack the Ripper” has claimed another victim. A young woman, while walking in a lonely lane, was lassooed from behind. A man sprang on her, flourishing a dagger, then produced a hammer and struck several blows. * There is no doubt that the present outrage,, the 19th. since tho outbreak in April, is the work of the same man, because it occurred in tho identical Bpot and tho same methods wero employed as in tho first murder of the series. In every case the murderer has been able to escape without leaving a clue.
