: 1 ( I RADIO NOTES. The' Singing Circle of the Wellington Ladies’ Pioneer Club which has delighted listeners with entertainments from 2YA on previous occasions, is to give another studio concert this evening at 2YA. The circle has prepared an excellent programme of concerted numbers. Vocal solos will be contributed by Miss Nora Gray, Miss Zita Chapman, Mrs. P. Ramsay, Mrs. A. S. Mitchell and Miss Fair. Mr. E. J. Bell, public librarian of Christchurch, will give his fortnightly book review at 3YA. The programme arranged by Mr. R. J. Estall of the Woolston Band comprises two marches, the intermezzo “In a Persian Market,” a collection of Border songs and ballads, trombone solo with band accompaniment and a foxtrot, “That’s Her Now.” The vocalists are Mrs. M. Lawrence, Miss Elizabeth Vass and Mr. Robert Allison. Two recitations will be
