COLT
VISIT OF MART ON CLUB. A team of 17 golfers from the Marton club will visit Palmerston North to-morrow (weather permitting), and will play a match with a Manawatu team. The Nathan Cup will be played for during the match, the Marton challengers being chosen from those with. 15 to 19 handicap. Following is the Marton team: —Fenwickc (4), Christensen (9), A. Fullerton-Smith (10), G. Bevan (11), Cover (12), Anderson (13), Stanford (15), Collier (15), Fair (17), Halse (17), McKenzie (17), F. Fuller-lon-Smith (19), Brown (19), A. H. Marshall (19), Ball (20), Holdaway (20), J. Hunter (20). The following Manawatu players have been selected:— Alf. Seifert, R. P. Abraham, C. Louisson, T. Stubbs, W. E. Winks, Maurice Smith, Martyn Abraham, Colonel Whyte, J. J. Stevenson, H. R. Cooper, E. V. Spear, R. B. Lucas, F. J. Nathan,' R. A. Bennett, Wm. McGillivray, F. J. Yortt, E. H. Spencer. Emergencies: N. H. Buist, S. A. Goldingliam, N. H. Sinclair. Manawatu’s Nathan Cup team will be Martyn Abraham, Colonel Whyte, J. .T. Stevenson, H. R. Cooper, E. V. Spear, and R. B. Lucas with N. H. Buist as emergency.
