The death occurred yesterday at .Dunedin of Mr. A. 11. Grinling, well known in journalistic circles and throughout the Dominion. Deceased was born in London in 1559 and arrived in Dunedin in ISS2. In 1901 he joined the staff of the Otago Daily Times, with which journal he was connected till the time of his death. In 1902, he accepted the editorship of the Outlook, the official organ of the Presbyterian Church, retaining that position until lie resigned about a year ago ou account o.f failing health. His wife died last year and ho is survived by cnc son.
