BUSINESS IN FEILDING. Mr. B. M. Watson S.M. presided over the fortnightly sitting of the Magistrate’s Court, held yesterday. Lice-Infected Sheep. For exposing for sjlc sheep infected with lice, G. D. McFa.vla.uco was fined 15s and 12s costs; H. J. Waugh 15s and 325; L. J. Newman £3 and 10s; T. Roulston 15s and 12s; Victor Reid £1 and 12s; Geo. M. Winder £2 10s and 12s. Over-laden Lorry. The Highways Transport coy. was prosecuted by the traffic inspector (Mr W. 'Berry) for operating, by its servant, a motor lorry carrying more than the maximum load. A fine of £lO with 10s costs was imposed. A similar charge against the driver was dismissed. ' Wandering Stock. For allowing stock to wander, Jack Cribb was fined 20s and 12s costs and E. M. Mcßrearty was fined 15s and costs 12s. Judgments by Default. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following cases:— Executors of the estate Harry Newman, deceased, v.
