HAWERA WINTER SHOW

Butter and Cheese Successes

The South Taranaki Winter Show opened at Itawcra yesterday. Dairy companies in Manawatu and Southern Hawke’s Bay figured prominently in the prize-lists. In butter, United, Konini, Levin, Bata and Bangitikci were successful and in cheese Ilopelands and Tamaki were again to the fore, The Shaw, Savill and Albion Cup was annexed by Ilopelands and tiic Lonsdale Cup by Tamaki.

BUTTER AWARDS. In the following details of the butte awards, "A” denotes flavour (5 points possible). “B” body, moistui and texture (25 points possible), an “C” colour, salt and finish (25 point possible): — Box Factory Butter (Open).
