They demand the same justice which is the English people’s birthright.” Mr. Lorrin Thurston, publisher of the Honolulu Advertiser, said ho had information that British Samoa and French Tahiti will ask to bo placed under tho United States mandate if the United States grants self-government to American Samoa.
