RUSSIAN RAILROAD EXPERTS EXECUTED

Following the execution of three railway experts last week, 29 shareholders in tho Russian railways ka.v<* been arrested. They hav« been described as “cuff and ioUar'* men. They are charged with dismantling locomotives and telling them as scrap iron. Furtht -more, it is stated that -as members of the board of adminitration, they drafted a plan to introduce big locomotives, which would necessitate tho rebuilding of all bridges. It has been decided to shoot five of tho accused and imprison the rest.
