Storms in Offing
The cyclone mentioned yesterday has lest its intensity, but a second one has formed to the west of it and conditions arc very disturbed in the Tasman Sea. Expect light to moderate east to north winds, freshening gradually. The seas will bn smooth to moderate but rising in New Zealand waters; strong northeasterly winds and rough seas in the western Tasman. The weather will be cloudy to overcast, with rain in the Far North and extending gradually over the North Island. More generally unsettled and stormy conditions are probable early in the week, with mild temperatures.
