THE AGE OF EXPERIMENT
“The Rambler” penned the following paragraph, which appeared in a recent issue of tho London “Daily Mir* ror”:—“Kiwi for tho Table: I .am told that tho matter of farming the kiwi, a New Zealand flightless bird, for tho table, is under consideration. It is about the size of a chicken and lays a very large ogg for its bulk. They are said to bo excellent eating, and could bo brought to this country with the mutton.”
