TO-DAY'S' RECIPE
BUFF BUDDING-.
Required: lib. of bread crumbs, 6oz. of suet, 4oz. of sugar, two tablespoonsfuls of marmalade, two teaspoonfuls of baking powder, two eggs, one gill of milk, salt. Mix the bread crumbs, salt, shredded suet, baking powder and sugar. Beat up the eggs with the milk, and stir into the dry ingredients with the marmarlade. Mix well, put ifito a greased basin, cover with greased paper, and steam for 2J hours. .. Turn on to a hot dish and hand sweet melted butter sauce.
