After yesterday’s ceremonies in which the precedents of 1906 and 1918 were closely followed, tho Duke of Gloucester was relayed to-day in a round of sightseeing, his most notable experience being his meeting with Admiral Togo. The Prince also’ reviewed 2000 Scouts. Tho Japanese press is most polite, extolling the countries' ancient friendship and alliance which still exists spiritually, etc.
