ALLEGED THEFT

REMANDED TO WAIHL Before Messrs V. E. Smitli and E. H. Fisher, J.’sP., at the Feilding Courthouse yesterday, a youth named Neville Mudgway was charged on two counts with the theft of £1 2s and 2s, the property of the Waihi Borough Council. The aceuscd was arrested in town yesterday by Constable Johnston. On the application of Sergeant Cahill, accused was remanded to appear at Waihi on Monday.
