The inquiry instituted by the Board of Trade into tho loss of the British liner Vostris five months ago will open on Monday, April 22, in tho Great Hall of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Westminster. Mr. Butler Aspinall, King’s Counsel, will be the Wreck Commissioner.
