JOBLESS MIGRANTS TO KEEP INSURANCE
LONDON, March 20. Tho Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Commander Locker Lamp son, on behalf of the Government introduced a bill in the House of Commons to render British migrants entitled to tho unemployment insurance. This is to remove an obstacle which has hitherto operated against unemployed workers leaving England to seek their fortunes abroad.
