Further Rain The cyclono is now centred north of the Bay of Plenty. A depression iu the south-west Tasman is losing intensity. The pressure is still high at the Cliatam Islands. Expect south to west winds north of Farewell Spit and Kailconra, strong in places, elsewhere freshening north-east to north winds. Thoro will be a considerable swell north of Kailioura, but otherwise the seas will be smooth to moderate; in the Tasman Sea, moderate; south to south-east winds in the north-east Tasman and light to moderate, but freshening northerlics and in the south-east portion, smooth to moderate seas. The weather will be fair in the western districts of the South Island, but else where cloudy, with mist of fog in manj parts; further rain over tho Ndrth Island and parts of Marlborough and Canterbury, with some heavy falls it Iho north and mild temperatures Sun (to-day). Rises, 6.28 a.m.; sets, 5.33 p.m. To-morrow. Rises, 6.30 a.m.; sets, 6.50 p.m. Moon (to-day). Rises, 8.55 a.m.; sets. 6.50 p.m. To-morrow. Rises, 10.15 a.m.; sets, 7.27 p.m.
