The Telegraph’s political correspondent says that if Mr. Baldwin wins the election, Mr Churchill will go to the Dominions office, Mr. Neville Chamberlain will become Chancellor of the Exchequer and Sir W. Joynson Hicks will become Minister of Health. The conservative organisers anticipate a clear majority of 50.
