MASTER OF KANOWNA FINED £SO
BREACH OF REGULATIONS Australian Press Association. Received Friday, 7 p.m. SYDNEY, April 12. Captain Newberry was fined £SO for failing to observe regulations requiring slowing down during a fog on the night of February 17, when the Kanowna, of which he was master, was wrecked near Wilson’s promontary.
