Maureen Doris Mitchell, aged 25, was killed. Cecil Penlington had an arm fractured. The driver and Norah. Rich were shaken and bruised. CRITICAL INJURIES TO HAMILTON MAN, HAMILTON, Last Night. Serious head injuries wero received by George Foster, a married man with two children, in a collision with a car driven by H. Cave in School gully, Hamilton East, last evening. Foster was unconscious when admitted to the hospital and he is in a critical condition.
