At rowing, the Mosman Club for the eighth successive year won the State rowing championship, defeating Sydney by half a length. Haberfield was third, two feet away. There was an exciting finish on the Kiverview course. Mosman thus equals tho record of the Sydney Club which had eight successive victories in the ’eighties.
