TALLEST TENNIS PLAYER
The tallest lawn tennis player in the world is believed to bo Lyttelton Rogers, who recently was beaten by J. Brugnon in a semi-final of a tournament at Monto Carlo. Rogers stands Oft 7in in his socks. He is an Irishman, but learned his tennis at Nice. Rogers got into the semi-finals by beating R. Menzel, a Czecho-slovakian representative . in Davis Cup matches. Brugnon beat him 6 —o, 3 —6, 6 —o.
