BOOM IN BROKEN HILL

The advance in the prico of load and copper in London caused an appreciation in the value of shares in Broken Hill mining properties to the extent ot £600,000 on the Sydney Stock Exchange yesterday. Mount Lyell also benefited. It is behoved that some Broken Hill mines may reopen. The prospect of this is creating excitement in the town.
