United Pres* Association—By Electrii Telegraph —Copyright. Received Monday, 10 p.m. MEXICO CITY, March 4. Mexico is facing a serious revolt to-night, with General Francisco Manzo in Sonora and General Jesus Aguirre in Vera Cruz rising against the Gil administration.

The President has summoned his military commanders in this city for consultation on campaign plans against General Calles, head of the Loyal Army. He has also asked the aviators at Valbuena field to prepare for war duty. Nogales city and virtually the entire State of Vera Cruz were under rebel control to-night. It is reported that a Government censorship has been established over outgoing messages. It is reported that the Mexican army has revolted in eight States. The Governor of Sonoratias joined Manzo and Aguirre who have taken seven cities in Vera Cruz. The rebels are telling President Gil that he must go, to allow Gilberto Valenezuela to assume the Presidency. Troops are rushing to the fronts. The Mexican Navy exchanged shots with the soldiers on the shore off Vera Cruz. ' Attacks from North and East CASUALTIES UNKNOWN. Received Monday, 10.10 p.m. WASHINGTON, March 4. The Department of State has been officially advised that revolutionary forces attacked the Government of President Gil simultaneously at Nogales, on the United States border, in the State of*Sonora and at Vera Cruz, on the gulf.

The extent of the casualties is unknown as communications have been severely impaired

Seven Ships Join Mutineers.

Received Monday, 11.10 pan. VERA CRUZ. March 4. Seven ships of the Mexican Navy have joined with Aguirre. Army Units Revolt SEVERAL CITIES SAID TO HAVE CAPITULATED. Several cities and towns in the State of Vera Cruz are reported to have been captured by Army units which revolted On Sunday under the leadership of General Jesus Aguirre, a simultaneous revolt, led by General Manzo, is in progress in the northern State of Sonora. Vera Cruz, Jalapa, Orizava, Perotc and other cities and towns have fallen. The purpose of tho revolution is understood to be to place in the presidency Gilberto Valcuzulla, the former Minister for Mexico to Britain, who recently announced his candidacy as opposed to the provisional president, Senor Gil.
