The Palmerston North Hospital board yesterday adopted a suggestion by the Medical Superintendent (Dr. Frank Ward) and the Matron (Miss McGkio) to engage members of tho honorary medical staff for lectures to the nurses at the hospital. Dr. Ward stated that he Was anxious to see Palmerston North hospital nurses in the list of passes with 75 per cent and up, while the matron spoke of the success of [such a scheme in Dunedin.
