RUINS OF GREAT CITY

Far-stretching ruins of a great city of unknown origin have been discovered in the valley of Eski-Kermen, in the very heart of the Crimean Peninsula. The ruins are said to extend more than two miles, and consist of high fortress -walls, hundreds of homes hewed out of rocks and six great cave temples, embellished with ancient frescoes.

Russian archaeologists said tho ruins were once tho capital in tho Goths kingdom, known in history as tho city of Feodora, founded during the reign of Justinian the Great.
