Thero was an informal ceremony at the office of the Secretary of State, Mr. F. B. Kellogg, when the British countries ratified the renunciation of war treaty to-day, the British Ambassador, Sir Esme Howard, signing for Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, Mr. Vincent Massey for Canada and Mr. William MeAulay, acting Free Stato Minister, while the German. Italian and Czechoslovakian Ambassadors signed. Franco, Belgium and Japan will sign later, vfhen the ratification is received by diplomatic representatives here.
