HANKOW SITUATION BECOMING SERIOUS
JAPANESE USE THE RIFLE. Received Sunday, 7 p.m. HONG KONG, March 2. A Naval wireless from Hankow states that the anti-Japanese situation is becoming serious. Japanese police are being forced to uso rifle fire, owing to tho aggressiveness of Chinese pickets. Japanese Marines have been landed and are erecting barbed wire around the Japanese concession.
