Mr. Baldwin’s announcement that the Irish loyalists’ compensation would be paid in full came as a surprise to the ‘ ‘ dioliards, ’ ’ who had not anticipated the decision so soon. Naturally they are overjoyed at tho result of their protests. It is understood the additional cost to the Exchequer will be about £400,000 and ' the' ' total will approach £1,500,000.
