PROFITS OF FLIGHT OF SOUTHERN CROSS
Anderson’s Claim DEPARTURE DISSOLVED ORIGINAL PARTNERSHIP SUIT SETTLED. United Press Association—By Electril Telegraph—Copyright. Deceived Friday, 10.55 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 32. Litigation in which Keith Anderson, as plaintiff, sued Kingsford Smith and Charles Ulm, claiming a share of the profits of tho Southern Cross Pacific flight last year, ended in the Equity Court to-day. Plaintiff admitted his voluntary do parturo from Amorica to Australia before the flight dissolved the original partnership and that it amounted to an abandonment of his right, if any, in any title, prize or profits arising from tho successful accomplishment of the flight. Defendants, on their part, admitted Anderson’s departure and non-return to America was not the result of ar.y lack of personal courage or the dangers of the flight. Tho suit was sottled on these linos, no order concerning costs being made.
