BALLOTS FOR £I9OO. At the meeting of the Manawatu Co-operative Building Society held last evening, the chairman (Mr. Pattle) intimated that to date £43,000 had been distributed amongst members. Ballots were held in Nos. 1,2 and 3 groups for a total of £I9OO, with the following results: — No. 1 group: Mrs. V. E. Sykes £IOO, Mr. N. I. Neilsen £3OO, Mr. E, C. Parsons £3OO.
No. 2 group: Mr. P. E. Wakeman (Taihapc) £SOO. No. 3 group: Mrs. M. Adler £7OO.
