GENERAL BOOTH HAS A SET-BACK
RECENT EVENTS BLAMED. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Thursdav, 7 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 20. General Booth is not so well. It is stated that recent events are responsible for the setback. Ho is too ill to see anyone who is likely to upset him, but the doctors are of tbo opinion that this condition is only temporary, and there are no grounds for serious anxiety.
